Times of Swaziland: Beneficiary of Young Heroes Foundation Now Electrical Engineer

Tuesday, January 7, 2014: Nineteen-year-old Samkeliso Mkhulisi of Swaziland received support as a child and young adult from Aid for Africa member Young Heroes Foundation. He now works as an electrical engineer following training he received as part of Young Heroes’ program for young adults.

“I was aged nine years and under the care of my grandmother who did not have money to cater for me and my siblings after the death of our parents. Thank God for presenting Young Heroes in our life that managed to contribute positively in my life,” he said.

Young Heroes now supports some 1,000 children in the southern African country of Swaziland.  Read the article
