Builds and improves schools in South Africa and Malawi serving children ages 5 to 21, 40% of whom are AIDS orphans. We work to get buildings built, provide emergency funds to help kids stay in school, and facilitate cultural exchanges/overseas travel.
Empowers South African women caring for orphaned and vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS in isolated areas through community-based health, education and development programs. Provides a proven path to well-being, dignity and a brighter future.
Encourages the production and dissemination of knowledge about Africa. Aims to cultivate a better understanding of Africa through fostering networks and providing capacity-building for research and publications in African institutes of higher education.
