Africa faces challenges that are linked in complex ways and cannot be solved independently. Aid for Africa encourages an integrated approach to these challenges by working to improve health and nutrition, education, sustainable development, food and agriculture, the environment, and wildlife conservation through a network of charities and their African partners in Sub-Saharan Africa.

A 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, Aid for Africa educates the American public about the complex and broad nature of Africa’s problems and the diversity of organizations helping to solve them. It also builds support, understanding and appreciation for the art and cultures of Africa, which underpin the continent’s past, present, and future.
